• International Shipping: We currently only offer shipping within the United States unless otherwise noted on the website.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy on most products (unless otherwise specified). To return a product, please contact us at lucidthreadcorp@gmail.com for instructions. Returned products must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging and tags.

• Refunds: If your return is accepted, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
• Non-returnable Items: Certain items, including those marked as final sale or personalized products, are not eligible for return or refund.
